Maternity and Polyclinic Podobnik is the first and only private healthcare institution in Croatia that, in addition to outpatient care, also provides inpatient gynecological and obstetric services. Established in Zagreb in 2008 at the address Sv. Duh 112, with an approximate area of 2,900 m², the hospital was founded out of a desire to offer women in Croatia not only high-quality outpatient services but also an elevated level of inpatient medical care and accommodation.

As of September 2025, Maternity and Polyclinic Podobnik becomes part of our group, further strengthening our presence in the field of women’s and maternal healthcare. This strategic step allows us to expand our capacity and enhance the quality of services in the areas of gynecology, pregnancy, and childbirth. The acquisition marks an important milestone in the continued development and consolidation of our business operations, with the aim of establishing a modern and comprehensive center for women’s health.
